WHEN GODWINKS HAPPEN to YOU...
Recording artist ANDRIA ALSTON told her husband … that for her BIRTHDAY… her heart was set on going to Ruth’s Chris Restaurant.
Waiting to be seated … they chatted briefly with a lovely COUPLE who shared some menu recommendations … then took their seats.
After a wonderful dinner, the waiter came to the table with a BIRTHDAY SURPRISE.
He began to SING “The Blessing”.
“It was so beautiful,” said Andria, “that I JOINED him ... and we sang the song together.”
At the end, she shared a delightful GODWINK for the patrons who were WATCHING in RAPT attention.
“I was right there on stage… the day that song was released," she revealed...explaining that she was one of the singers at Elevation Church in 2020. And the song subsequently enjoyed more than 3 million views.
The WAITER was AMAZED.
But THEN ... he ASTONISHED Andria moments later, by nodding to a COUPLE at another table, saying ... “Those nice folks just PAID your bill!”
“Whaaaat?”
It was the NICE COUPLE they’d met earlier… before being seated!
“This was a Godwink!” she said.
